The customer (hereinafter the Customer) is defined as the person identified by the data entered at the time of registration and acceptance of the sales conditions”
Privacy Rights
The Provider informs that it is possible to enter the website www.anitavittur.com without being a registered user and access information, product sheets, basic price list and all those services that do not require “the entry of personal data.
To use the online purchase services, entering the requested data is necessary”. Providing data is not mandatory, but it is required for establishing and maintaining contractual relationships with the Provider, which cannot take place in case of refusal. Regarding the aforementioned data, the Customer can exercise all rights under Legislative Decree. 196/2003.
The data you provide or otherwise relating to you may be communicated to:
external parties who perform specific tasks on our behalf (merchandise delivery, manufacturers of “the requested item, accounting, tax compliance, IT systems management, market research);
to banking institutions, for managing collections and payments arising from” the execution of contracts
Nature of the relationship and cases where consumer protection regulations do not apply
In accordance with current national and EU laws, the economic relationship between the Provider and the
Customer is governed by consumer protection regulations exclusively when the Customer purchases for personal purposes unrelated to their work activity. Therefore, the relationships between the Provider and the Customer who purchases for purposes related to their work activity by providing their VAT number are not subject to consumer protection regulations, including in particular Legislative Decree no. 185 of 1999 (distance contracts), Legislative Decree no. 50 of 1992 (right of withdrawal) and articles 1469 bis et seq. of the Civil Code.
Prices and warranty
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all prices shown are “VAT included” and expressed in Euros. The validity of the indicated prices is always and only that shown by the procedure at the time of “order submission” to the Provider. All prices are intended for the products indicated and described on the site, without variations; any customizations will require a price variation, from 20% to 50%, or to be agreed upon in relation to what is requested.
For each order, a delivery note is issued and sent with the goods, and upon request, the invoice is sent with the goods. The Provider is not responsible for taxes imposed by other countries.
Payment
The Customer has the choice between different payment methods:

Purchase orders
Each order is identified by a unique code (order number) and contains the submission date to the system, details of purchased items, shipping charges and individual prices including VAT in Euros, total cost summary including VAT.
Prices, methods and delivery times
The Provider ships via courier, the shipping cost in Italy is fixed at €8.
Upon receiving the goods at their address, the Customer must verify “the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancies and/or non-conformities, the Customer must have them exactly noted on the transport document (delivery note or waybill) under penalty of forfeiture to assert their rights in this regard.
The delivery times communicated to the customer correspond to 1/2 working days, once the ordered items are completed (15-25 days) and reflect the information received from the express courier; any delays or discrepancies are attributable to the courier itself. When the order” departs, the Customer will receive an email notification with all shipping data for online tracking.
Complaints and shipping delays
The Customer has the right to communicate any problems (delivery errors, issues or delivery delays) in writing to the email address [email protected] or verbally at +39 348 9794396, Monday to Friday during the following hours: 09.00 – 12.00 and 14.00-17.00. Outside these hours, customers can leave a message to be contacted the next working day. Such communications will be handled with maximum urgency to resolve any inconvenience and ensure total Customer satisfaction.
Right of withdrawal
Unsatisfied Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 22/05/99 n. 185 – consumer protection in distance contracts) within fourteen days from receiving the goods: return instructions can be found in the “RETURNS” paragraph of this page.
To obtain a refund, the consumer must also return the purchased items to the Provider’s address (after receiving appropriate instructions) within fourteen days. The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty; the only costs charged to the Customer are those related to returning the product and not the initial shipping costs paid by the Provider. For fairness in the relationship, the Customer agrees to preserve and maintain with the utmost care and diligence the received products for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, keeping them intact along with the original packaging. The costs and risks of transport for return are entirely borne by the Customer. The return of products that are not intact, deteriorated, or missing original accessories or equipment will not be accepted by the Provider and will be returned to the sender with additional transport costs. Once the Provider receives the goods in accordance with the above and performs the necessary checks, they will proceed with the refund to the Customer.
The Provider commits to process refund requests for exercise of the right of withdrawal, via bank transfer, within 3 working days from receiving the communication with which the consumer intends to withdraw.
Returns
The Customer has the right to return a purchased item requesting a refund or exchanging it for another, provided that it was not specially created to measure for them (in this case Anita Vittur will try to find the best way to intervene and possibly modify their garment).
Anita Vittur will accept the Customer’s refund request provided that the product(s) is/are returned intact in all parts, meaning not worn, not used and not damaged, as well as accompanied by the relevant purchase documentation (tax receipt) and with the original Anita Vittur packaging. According to current regulations, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the item. Anita Vittur reserves the right not to accept the return of items that do not comply with the requirements indicated above.
Here are the steps the Customer must follow:
- Write to [email protected] describing the reason for returning the item
- Anita Vittur will respond as soon as possible and an agreement on timing will be reached
- Ship your item to “Anita Vittur, via Glira 4, 39936 San Cassiano Alta Badia, Bolzano” (shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense) or bring the item directly to the workshop.
- As soon as Anita Vittur receives the package and has verified “the integrity of the item as indicated above, they will proceed with the refund or” send the voucher for the item exchange.
Customer Warranties
The Customer guarantees, assuming all responsibility and holding the Provider harmless from any prejudicial consequence, that their data, provided upon acceptance of these general conditions, are truthful and allow identification of the Customer’s true identity, who also commits to immediately inform the Provider in writing, including via email, of any changes to the provided data. The Customer is also informed of the need to communicate to the Provider a valid email address
to allow the Provider to send order confirmations and any other communications.
Limitations of Liability
The Provider declines any responsibility for malfunctions, service interruptions, performance degradation whether due to force majeure or fortuitous events, when not directly attributable to the Provider itself for its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Validity of Communications
The Customer accepts that notification and communications concerning all online services (including those relating to purchase orders) are made by the Provider in electronic email format and via Web service, recognizes their full validity and expressly waives from now on to disavow the content of declarations sent and/or received in electronic format.
Complaints
The Customer can submit observations and complaints to the Provider through:

Applicable Law
For all e-commerce services of www.anitavittur.com, the law of the Italian State applies exclusively. Pursuant to articles 1341 – 1342 of the Civil Code, the Customer declares to have read and specifically accepts the clauses in the following articles of the general conditions of sale on the website www.lazzarionline.com: 7 (deadline for asserting discrepancies); 12 (warranties provided by the Customer); 13 (limitations of liability); 14 (validity of electronic communications); e-commerce: privacy protection and data processing information.
